· ALL PROFITS WILL GO TO THE DRAGON SALE CHARITIES
· THE SITE REPLACES THE OLD WHITE ELEPHANT STALL
· USERS MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· NO LIVE ITEMS (CHILDREN, PETS, HUSBANDS), NO ILLEGAL ITEMS, NO PRIVATE TRADING; ONLY GOODS IN WORKING ORDER AND GOOD CONDITION
· FINAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ITEMS AND THEIR DESCRIPTION LIES WITH THE DONOR, AND ONCE THE BUYER MAKES AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DONOR, THEY ARE IN AN INDEPENDENT AGREEMENT
· IF ANONyMITY IS REQUIRED, THE BROKER WILL ACT AS INTERMEDIARY
· Donors may post their email or other contact details if they are happy to accept direct contact (preferred!)
· USERS WHO CANNOT COLLECT DUE TO LIVING TOO FAR AWAY CAN USE THE ‘ DBAY COLLECTION POINT’ AT THE SALE FOR THIS PURPOSE
· The donor may set a minimum reserve price or just give a guide price
· If there is major buying interest in an item, the broker can set a time limit for highest bids
· Activity will run from half-term to December 6th 2008
· No independent selling to take place on this site. It is for donations only
· Please remember that clothes and accessories should go to the second hand clothes stall, and sports items can go to the sports 50/50 stall, books to the bookstall and toys to the toy stall.
